Once you arrive in the UAE, you will have to find a place to live, an new accommodation for the duration of your internship. Most of the homes in the UAE are very recent or new. You will hardly find something older than 20 years, there are mostly apartments in the cities centres and villas outside the centre. You will also often find pool and sports facilities in houses.

The hostels, backpackers, or other means of cheap housing hardly exist in the UAE, making it difficult for the small budgets.
